Dearest Neighbors,

First — thank you. To everyone who showed up at the Braga House of Prayer, who sat in the waiting, who interceded hour by hour, who carried this family and this community with your presence and your tears: thank you. We remain in deep grief, right next to reckless hope.

The Braga Prayer House will not continue, but the prayer and the mourning will. The primary place for that now is our community groups — please meet and grieve together in that smaller, closer circle. Break bread and feed one another with your presence, and the courage to remain in hope for full and complete healing.

Daily updates will continue through CaringBridge, and anyone is welcome to follow along.

If you're not currently in a community group and would like to be, reach out to us — we'd love to help you find one.

For the next few Sundays, we'll continue to meet at Adams Elementary. We're leaning into simplicity — making room to be still and let the Spirit minister to us.
